Scarlett Black Velvet Maxi Dress with Silver Metallic Abstract Glitch Pattern and Belt Detail. This elegant evening gown includes a unique waist detail with silver-tone metallic bars that create a belt-like effect. There is also a cheeky slit on the left leg, as sseen in last photo. Sleeveless design with a long, lean silhouette. In great condition for a dress from the early ‘00s.
